Shipping & Returns

■ Shipping Destinations

We ship within Japan and to destinations currently enabled in our Shopify International Market. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

■ Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 10 days after the order and payment are confirmed. If a product has a different dispatch schedule, it will be stated on the product page.

■ Shipping Within Japan

Domestic orders are shipped by Japan Post Yu-Pack with tracking and compensation. The flat shipping rate is ¥2,700.

■ International Shipping

Eligible international orders are shipped by EMS with tracking. Shipping costs are shown at checkout according to destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

■ Packaging

Artwork is shipped flat without folding, using protective paper, moisture-resistant packaging, rigid board, and other protective materials as appropriate. Frames and styling props shown in photographs are not included.

■ Incorrect Items, Transit Damage, or Major Defects

If you receive an incorrect item, the artwork is damaged in transit, or there is a defect that significantly affects viewing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the condition. We will review the details and respond individually.

■ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted after an order is confirmed. Hand-printed works naturally vary from sheet to sheet in ink density, texture, and slight registration. These differences are characteristics of screen printing.
