■ Are there variations between hand-printed works?

Yes. Ink overlap, texture, slight registration differences, and the appearance of the paper and ink vary from sheet to sheet. These are characteristics of hand-printed screen prints. Major damage or defects that significantly affect viewing will be handled individually.

■ Is a frame included?

No. KABUTOMUSHI is sold as artwork only. The frame is not included.

■ What is the size of the artwork?

The paper size of KABUTOMUSHI is 390 × 520 mm. Exact dimensions for each work are listed on its product page.

■ Is the work signed or numbered?

KABUTOMUSHI is an edition of 18. Please refer to each product page for details about signatures and edition numbering.

■ How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally dispatched within 10 days after the order and payment are confirmed. If a product has a different dispatch schedule, it will be stated on the product page.

■ Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to supported destinations. Eligible international orders are shipped by EMS with tracking, and shipping costs are shown at checkout according to destination.

■ Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted after an order is confirmed.

If you receive an incorrect item, the artwork is damaged in transit, or there is a defect that significantly affects viewing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the condition. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

■ How should I store or display the artwork?

Avoid direct sunlight, high heat and humidity, and water. Framing is recommended to help protect the artwork.
